Rules

Open to all financial members of any AIMHCNZ Inc Affiliated Club.  Points are accumulated for any horse owned or leased.  Points accumulate from year to year until all the levels are reached.  The points never expire.  All AIMHCNZ Inc national shows and AIMHCNZ Inc Affiliated Club shows that are advertised as Halls of Excellence shows (HE) count towards the Halls of Excellence points.

Points will be counted from actual show classes only.  No champions, reserve champions, supremes, best in show etc will be counted.

Points will be scaled.  If there are 4 or more horses in the class, the points will be:-

  • 1st - 4 points
  • 2nd - 3 points
  • 3rd - 2 points
  • 4th - 1 point
If there is only one horse in the class, it will receive 1 point.  Two horses in the class will receive 2 points for a win and 1 point for second.  Three horses in the class will receive 3 points for a win, 2 points for second and one point for third.

If a colt/stallion is gelded, the points accumulated as a colt/stallion remain in that Hall of Excellence.  The horse starts accumulating points again from scratch in the Gelding Hall of Excellence.
